Non‑Affiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Lake Elmo Bank does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marketing A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Lake Elmo Bank does not jointly market.

Lake Elmo Bank (LEB) is committed to the privacy of your information.  This Online Privacy Notice is meant to help you understand the information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can manage it.  This notice is made by Lake Elmo Bank to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://www.lakeelmobank.com and other online sites we own and operate such as our Mobile Banking App.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We will let you know why we are collecting it and how it will be used.

Parents can contact customer service to access, change, or delete the personal information that has been submitted by a child. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it. We do not knowingly sell personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels, ad tags and device identifiers) to recognize you and/or your device(s) on, off and across the Site and different Services and devices.
