Community Commitment.

Lake Elmo Bank and its team of employees are committed to our communities.  Supporting community organizations through financial corporate donations, employee giving and volunteerism is what truly makes Lake Elmo Bank a community bank.

LEB Employees Packing Meals From The Heart 2024

9 LEB employees teamed up for a quick 30-minute session, packing meals for those in need. LEB placed second, packing 2,634 meals - our personal best.
The Meals From The Heart Business Challenge’s event included 21 teams packing a total 42,000+ meals for local food shelves and agencies.

Community Banks Working Together Food Drive 2024

Partnering with FSBT for the 8th year of "Community Banks Working Together Food Drive". Together we raised nearly $7,000 and more than 900 pounds of food -
all donated to the local food shelf at
Valley Outreach. This brings our 8-year donation total to nearly $135,000 plus many pounds of food. 

LEB Polar Plunge 2024

18 of our amazing LEB employees participated in this years Polar Plunge. Raising over $12,000 for the
MN Special Olympics.

Stuff The Stocking 2023

We donated more than $450 in gift cards to brighten the holidays for others in need. Our employees also sponsored two families (12 people) through Community Thread’s Holiday Hope program.

Warm The Holidays 2023

Both customers and LEB employees donated to our warm clothing drive. More than 274 warm items - gloves, mittens, hats, and socks - were collected and donated to Valley Outreach.

We had fun seeing so many kids and families at the SAHS Pony Homecoming Carnival.  The Money Booth was a huge hit.  Our LEB Booth was hosted by Lake Elmo Bank employees who were Pony grads- Pam Richert and Sheila Wulfing.

Lake Elmo Bank partnered with United Way of Washington County in collecting school supplies for those in need.  Thanks to our employees and customers who generously donated to the Stuff the Bus Campaign.

Always a good time when our LEB Team is packing meals for those in need. In a quick 30-minute session, our team packed 2,442 meals - our personal best. The Meals From The Heart Business Challenge's 2-day event packed a total of more than 52,000 meals to be shared in our local communities. #communitycommitment.

Together our customers and employees donated more than $300 in gift cards to Community Thread's Holiday Hope program.  These gifts were used to brighten the holidays for seniors and teens in our community.  Our LEB employees also sponsored three families - collecting gifts in the amount of $750.  Picture: Kim McRunnel- Community Thread and Julie Groess- LEB.
