Lisa spent 24 years at both small community banks and large commercial financial institutions working within Risk Management during those years she earned her certifications in Financial Institution Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit, Security and Bank Secrecy Act prior to joining LEB in 2019. Lisa is an active member of both the Twin Cities area Compliance and Internal Auditors peer groups. Lisa and her husband have lived and raised their family in St. Croix County for the last 29 years.
