As a lifelong Lake Elmo resident, I made the decision to start my professional career at Lake Elmo Bank when I was still in high school.
I worked every day after school until graduation when I transitioned into a Credit Administration Assistant. I realized that I preferred working directly with customers, rather than behind the scenes and moved into a Personal Banker role and ultimately the Lead Teller position in our Oakdale Office.
Today I am the Branch Experience Officer where I work directly with customers and the retail banking group. I am proud to be a part of the Lake Elmo Bank team. Lake Elmo Bank stands apart from other banks, supporting employee growth and providing exciting challenges daily. My career path has been rewarding and I highly recommend a position at LEB if you possess a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a genuine desire to help people and be a part of such a close-knit community.
