Online and Mobile Banking will be getting a new look soon.  We are enhancing the product to give you a better user experience.

What’s New?

From every device you use the look and feel is the same making it much more user friendly. Our improved online and mobile banking experience offers new enhancements to optimize our users experience.

  • Enhanced security features. Two Factor Authentication (2FA)- Receive a text or phone call with a code to enter in as part of the login process or when a high risk transaction is being completed. Phone calls do not come from Lake Elmo Bank and will likely be from an out of state phone number
  • Bank to Bank Transfers will be labeled “External Transfers”
  • Find our nearest bank location or an ATM with interactive maps
  • Organize your dashboard to look the way you like it
  • Live Chat feature available Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, excluding holidays
  • Enhanced e-Statements now available within the mobile banking app

• Download our NEW Lake Elmo Bank Mobile App • Login with your current password and ID • Two Factor Authentication (2FA) set up process • Set up a passcode • Confirm the passcode • You have the option to use your fingerprint or facial recognition (Pixel 4 only) for future logins

Is My Account, Bill Pay, And External Transfer History Available?

Current History

Yes! All of your account, bill pay and external transfer history will carry over to our new system.

What You Need To Do

•All your external accounts will carry over. You need to schedule any recurring Bank to Bank Transfers you have set up on the new online and mobile banking platform. •Review all your accounts, bill payees and other information to ensure everything transferred.
