Education and Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred.
  • Previous banking experience banking preferred.
  • Recent computer experience required.
  • Math aptitude.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Extremely approachable and friendly.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively handle financial transactions.

Position               Part Time Teller-Days

Hours:                 Scheduled hours will be between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.  Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays from 9 a.m.- 12 p.m.

Location:             Lake Elmo, Stillwater or Oakdale office with possible rotation between the 3 offices

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Previous teller/cash handling experience helpful, but we are willing to train.
  • Previous experience in customer service environment preferred.
Major Areas of Accountability
  • Processing assigned customer transactions in a timely, accurate manner, consistently following established procedures and helping to maintain a positive, favorable image of the Bank as a responsible business operation
  • Provide internal and external customers personal service by striving to meet their needs in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by working cooperatively and effectively as member of the Lake Elmo Bank team.

 Position:               Financial Advisor

Type:                    Regular Full Time, Salaried; Monday-Friday

Responsibilities include working with clients/prospects to determine their financial goals and objectives.  Financial Advisors must be in compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations and offer client education and service in an effort to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university preferred.
  • 3-5 years of successful financial management and sales experience required.
  • Series 7 & 63 and 65 or 66 registrations required.
  • Minnesota Life and Disability License required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Fixed income trading experience a plus.

Position              Part Time Teller-Afternoon

Location:            Lake Elmo, Oakdale or Stillwater office

Type:                   Regular Part Time, Hourly 15-25 hours per week. 

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday (2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. preferred) as well as a Saturday schedule from 8:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m. with year round availability.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Previous teller/cash handling experience helpful, but we are willing to train.
