Congrats Emily Urtel!

The ICBM recognized Emily’s more than 54 years in banking at this week’s staff meeting with the “Legacy Award”. The Legacy Award honors those who have worked 50 years in banking. Marc Linaman Joins LEB Trust Department

Lake Elmo Bank is pleased to announce Marc Linaman has accepted the position of Trust Operations Officer. Marc joined the bank in 2014 as a Credit Analyst. As an accounting graduate from Minnesota State University – Mankato, Marc also holds an M.B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University with a concentration in accounting and finance. LEB 20th Annual Community Day

Madeline Vogel, Bayport, is the 2016 recipient of the LEB Community Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to a Stillwater Area High School graduate who exemplifies a commitment to his/her community. LEB – First Business in the St. Croix Valley to be Dementia Friendly!

LEB partnered with the ACT on Alzheimer’s in 2014 and was instrumental in developing the tools and skills needed to make our Stillwater Community a Dementia Capable Community. LEB is the first and only business in the St. Croix Valley Area who has completed “dementia friendly” training with its employees. “Our staff learned a bit more about the challenges face by individuals with dementia,” says Christine Clark – Vice President, LEB. “We also learned strategies to help make their visit or transaction with Lake Elmo Bank more pleasant.
