SELECT DEPOSITTM
With Lake Elmo Bank’s Select DepositTM product, you can make all of your check deposits without leaving your office. You simply feed your checks into a special desktop scanner where they are electronically transmitted directly to the bank. With Select DepositTM , you save time and money. It’s safe, easy and reliable.

DELUXE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

MULTIPLE MONTLY STATEMENTS
You can elect to have multiple copies of your statement created.  Send one to your office and one to your accountant!

CD ROM MONTHLY STATEMENTS
Receive images of cancelled checks and deposit slips on a CD ROM. This provides you with easier statement reconciliation, convenient storage and fast retrieval.

ACH AND PAYROLL
The ACH (Automated Clearing House Network) is a highly reliable and efficient nationwide electronic funds transfer system.  Lake Elmo Bank provides on-site training.  Some of the options you can use with our ACH program include:

Direct deposit to your employees.  Eliminate paper checks and have your employees' payroll deposited into their checking account electronically.

SWEEP ACCOUNTS
Earn more on your deposits.  Have excess funds in your Classic Checking Account automatically transferred daily to your interest-bearing Sweep Account.

POSITIVE PAY
Lake Elmo Bank can help you reduce the risk of check fraud with Positive Pay.  Through an electronic reconciliation process, we match your issued check records with the checks that are coming in for payment.  Any exception items are reported for your review and require your approval.

GIFT CARDS
Now you can offer your customers and/or employees the convenience of "gift cards".  Select the value for each card issued to your employees or customers.  Card may be rechargeable or can be discarded after one use.  What a great way to offer the traditional gift certificates for promotions, fundraiser, donations or reward/recognition programs.

We offer Visa® branded debit cards with your business and individual name embossed on it.  Keep your business and personal expenses separate.

Accepted at more places than traditional business checks.

Reduce writing checks to employees for business expense reimbursement by offering them a business debit card.

You assign ATM and purchasing limits for each of your employees.

LOCK BOX SERVICES
Lake Elmo Bank can work with you to establish a Lock Box Service for the collection of receivables.

BUSINESS CREDIT CARD
Lake Elmo Bank offers you a competitive interest rate on your business card.  Individual credit limits are available  on a per card basis.  Your business name and personal names are embossed on the card.
